A night of drinking last night meant no Bikram for me today. It made me think – is it alcohol that is fattening or all the stuff that goes with drinking. Like the fatty foods we all tend to eat that night or the morning after? Or the fact that it can sabotage whatever physical activity you may have planned for the following day.
All this to say – today was basically a wash. But last night was a lot of fun.
