I have decided to take on a 30-day squat challenge because why not? I am adding it to my morning yoga routine so we’ll see how it goes. I like the look of this one because he understands where other challenges have failed and has adjusted accordingly.
I also like that I can start with this 30-day beginner challenge but then move up to intermediate and advanced should I want to try the challenge again. The four different types of squats are also well explained – the one thing I hate about working out at home is that I don’t have someone there to check my form. The instructions make me confident that I am doing the squats the right way and won’t hurt myself two weeks in.
Anyway, we’ll see how it goes.
