Weekly Workouts (February 2nd)

Last week was a complete and utter loss. Monday I was tired, Tuesday was the “blizzard.” Because of the stupid blizzard I had to work late Wednesday. Thursday and Friday my mom was freaking out with the kids. Saturday my husband had to go to the dentist in the morning and we visited friends in the afternoon through to the evening. With all the alcohol that comes with an eight hour date with old friends. And today was lost to the ensuing hangover. Not good.

I need to forgive myself, not give myself a hard time for the crappy week. But I also need to turn things around. I am signed up for Flywheel tomorrow and Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday will have to be early morning on-line classes with Yoga Vida. Friday I would love to go back to Yoga Shanti for the noon flow class. And then back to Bikram Yoga East Harlem for my usual Saturday and Sunday classes. It’s not super exciting but hopefully it will help me get back on track. I’m also doing another challenge on Instagram – focusing on flexibility. Should be fun.

Hopefully Katy Perry can give me the motivation I need:
